Great job and reasonably priced.

Very responsive. Did not have to wait long to get an appointment for the inspection.

I would have Chris come out again for my next treatment. He came out exactly when he was scheduled and went over everything he would do. He was very pleasant.

Customer service agent was very courteous. Technician took the necessary time to explain the process and he made certain to wear shoe cover and keep the house clean. He was Very professional.

Good overall professional work

Mary and Chris were both very friendly and courteous. Mary understood the urgency of our problem and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. Chris came out and took the time to explain the procedure and answer my many questions. He handled the application of the treatment professionally and thoroughly.

Chris was very good he found the source of one of our problems in less than 5 seconds of looking when we have been searching for a month. His mom who i spoke with to inquire extermination services was awesome. I called around many different places but as soon as I called smart pest control she made me feel comfortable and not just interested in money they made me feel like they really cared about helping me. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience . I strongly recommend smart pest control if you want a company who cares about helping people and not about how much money they can get from you!! Thank you smart pest control i will be calling you again for any future extermination issues.

Had a good experience with both Mary in the office, and Chris who did my termite treatment. They both treated my concerns with a sense of urgency. Chris was very informative of what the process would be, and was able to provide me with an estimate on the spot. Chris arrived exactly at the time Mary made our appointment for. Even though this was a termite treatment, and it can take up to 90 days for the chemical to be effective, we were able to see next day results. We had carpenter ants in areas we did not know about that began to accumulate by our front door and die. We had a bumblebee nest in our back patio paver steps that also was eradicated. We didn't expect to have these results with other pests. Having these results so soon after the treatment leads me to have confidence that the termites will also be gone.

Awesome people with integrity, reasonable rates, friendly and stand by their work... Extremely impressed and extremely pleased with everything..

The Technician Chris is very professional and knows his stuff, and arrived on time that was Scheduled, and Mary at the home office is very professional and so nice,she scheduled me for the very next day,she squeezed me in. I will keep using them all year around. And there prices are fair,and i like the fact you pay as you go.

After my house was sprayed I did not see anymore spiders

My son and I were already going under the house to work on a plumbing problem, then we found spider eggs, all over under the house. Needless to say we needed that fixed first. Called Smart Pest Control, and they even managed to come out the same day, we managed to get our plumbing done, and it did not have to disrupt my wife schedule during the week while I am away at work!
