Steve from Smart Renovations did a great job fixing my roof in a 6 family apartment building. He did an ariel view of my roof to see what needed to be done and gave me a quote based on this review. Upon arrival and physical inspection he told me other work needed to be done to make sure the roof would not leak. He gave me a competitive price and did the work the same day. He did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him for roofing work.
