Excellent work. Fixed the leak on Spanish tiles in 2 areas and cleaned out gutter/sealed areas. Gave a 5 year guarantee for his work. Responsive and came on time. A little expensive for the work done.

Smart Renovations: From start to finish the entire project was smooth, professional, and efficient. They were punctual, and respectful and communicated clearly about the progress and any potential issues. The pricing was fair and competitive. Considering the quality of the work and the level of service provided I believe I received excellent value for my investment. Would hire them again!

I worked with Steve and he was a pleasure to work with! He was very straightforward, polite and honest about the condition of the roof and what needed to be done.
