Although it doesn't rain much in the San Fernando Valley, for years, my family and I would experience leaking in several areas inside our home, which was starting to cause damage within. Upon our inspection, we learned that the predominantly flat roof on our old, modest-sized home was well overdue for a new roof. After several estimates (with many far beyond our budget) Smart Roofing was by far the most impressive and reasonably-priced roofing company we had the pleasure to work with. From the initial quote visit all the way to the final inspection, Isaac was overwhelmingly professional, respectful and made sure we were well-informed of scheduling and updates. He also made it a point to be very thorough in his inital inspection to reassure us that there would be no surprise costs mid-construction and that the agreed upon cost was firm. Smart Roofing also has a very thorough and hard-working team that was able to tear off the old layers of shingles on our roof, replace it with polyfresko, install a cricket, and add gutters all within a week! My family and I were so relieved to stay within our budget for our new, beautiful, leak-proof roof and it was a bonus to work with someone as kind and awesome as Isaac. We are very grateful for all of Smart Roofing's swift and professional work. I could not recommend them enough.
