Simple fix, but expensive

Got here with in the hour. found/showed me the problem, fixed it. I showed him another little problem, and he fixed that as well. I like this Company!

this guy was really good, informative, and got it done. he worked at the problem until he was satisfied its good. kept me in formed of the progress and went out and bought what was needed, told me of course.

Jim was extremely punctual and easy to communicate with. He came on very short notice, accommodated my schedule, and even came back the next day when I called because I thought there was a problem with the work that had been done (everything was fine). He and is crew worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them.

Jim and his team converted our shower from a dual handle to a single. He showed up on time, discussed the job, and cleaned up the job site. Work quality was top notch. Customer service from call to set up visit to completion of job was excellent.

Jim and his team replaced a waste pipe, added a bib to a sprinkler that was leaking, cleared out a shower drain, and replaced my private sewer lateral. Everything was done promptly and it was a job well done!

Jimmy was on the phone with me before I left the home advisor web site! He showed up in 30 minutes to take a look at my need for a pressure regulator at my main water line & he returned with a quality unit & installed it within a 90 minute time frame. He charged me a reasonable price and got my low water flow back to normal in record time!

It’s a rare treat to run into a service professional like Mr. Jim Nguyen. I had an “emergency” concerning a leaking toilet. Jim drove from Alameda to Emeryville to examine the problem. He spent about fifteen minutes examining the toilet/base, was unable to determine the exact problem. So he shut off the water and advised me to wait a couple of days. Then to give the toilet (flush) again. I was pleased that he spent the appropriate time examining the situation, and then advised me what to do. I was elated that Jim elected not to charge for his time, energy, professional assessment and advice. Dealing with Mr. Nguyen was like a breath of fresh air! Thanks, Jim!
