Easy process from start to finish with consistent communication and updates. They did a great job tearing out our shower floor to repair a leak, then refinishing it like nothing happened.

Smart shield installed a class 4 roof on my hail damaged home. THIS ROOF IS OUTSTANDING. I am so happy with this install, just a little over 1 day, and they cleaned everything up at least 3 times. AMAZING!!!!!! They will be installing the roof on my shop very soon. I give this company 5 STARS, and would recomend them to anybody. Thanks for such a great job...........Rick

Had a few problems , mostly with material, a shortage of metal roofing. Not the contractors fault. The job was excelent . They took care of all that I ask them to do in a timley manner. I have recomended them to several people. They are going to put my roof on there web sight. It will be the copper colored single story. I'm VERRRRY Proud of it.

I was very pleased with Smart Shield. They were very responsive and prompt to all my requests. The quality of installation was good, and I especially liked the fact that they use hand nailing to make sure a solid anchoring of the shingle to the roof is achieved. They also used Elk shingles which I wanted going into the job. Finally, we had a leak in the skylight after the work was completed. Not major but debris and dust would filter in. They came out and fixed it promptly so follow up support is also very good.

Roof looks great! They worked quickly but not rushed. Consulted me when problems arose. Cleaned up very well. Only one little surprise. Eric asked for some money up-front when supplies were delivered. During the bidding process, he proclaimed that I wouldn't pay until after the job was done.
