They resheduled 3 times and the first time did not call us to notify that they will not make it the next day. On the day of the install (3 attempt), they arrived 1.30 hours late, which was ok since we were home that evening. The installation was clean and the rates were good. Having the project drag on did not go well with us. We were planning on having them install carpets in the bedroom but having second thoughts, esp since they promptly cashed the deposit check (50% of the total charge) and made us wait for 3 weeks.

It took a little longer than expected, not sure why, but the job was well done. cleaned up and put everything back in place. It was a good experience. Carpet is very nice.

The Good 1. On time 2. Fair pricing 3. Cleaned up after them selves The only drawback I had was they were not able to bring the the sample of a certain granite I had in mind. Of course I was on a very tight deadline so may be if I had given them more time they would have gotten it from someone other than their usual supplier. Over all : very good

Highly recommended contractor! Very professional and easy to work with. Willingly went the extra mile to satisfy his customer. Carpets quality was exceptional. This contractor definitely won a repeated customer! - Carpet and Tile replacement project - Total cost $11,500.

Came out to provide me with an estimate. He was 1 1/2 hours late, and because he has a heavy accent, I had difficulty in understanding why he was so late. When told that I received a lower estimate from someone else, he was willing to negotiate. Once we agreed on a price, he fixed the carpet, right then and there. It only took him about 30 minutes to stretch and refasten the carpet to the floor. And it looks great!
