Did a very nice job just wasn’t really happy with the price it took them like 20mins tops and it was $150 to mount the tv above the fireplace. I feel like $100 would have been a fair price.. ??♂️

Home Theater Accessory Installation
The cost to reprogram to surround sound systems should not have taken more than 10 minutes of time with an experienced technician. It took 1.5 hrs. at a cost of $75.00. Not good value for type of service required. Not a good bang for the buck.

"The client was unable to contract his original installer to service his request. The first surround sound set-up was quickly re-programmed after reviewing the customer's equipment documentation. The second surround sound set-up was quickly re-programmed as well. It was discovered, however, that Netflix audio would not stream to this set-up, unlike the first set-up. This was confirmed and demonstrated to the customer after further troubleshooting. The client understood the problem while I was on site. The time as billed was agreed upon by the customer, prior to my arrival. No travel fee was imposed. The client needs to manage his expectations."
