I'm 10+ years as John Dalman's (Smart Technology) customer - 19 cameras installed - all went to hell in Jan 2026. Paid $1,950 on installation for a new front camera - promised would be 8MP (sold me 4MP) needed to record high-quality footage of Super Bowl party featuring 120+ guests and 60 exotic cars worth over $40 million. Camera is crap - grainy, useless night footage video skips, freezes. - recordings failure to capture any usable footage despite clear importance and agreed deadline. John bolted right after install?no final check, no demo, no instructions, not even a goodbye. Refused to come back to fix. Refused to supply brand/model/dates, proper manuals, warranty, Promised to fix but lied- abandoned me. I'm 80 years old and have been taken advantage of. Earlier I referred him a prominent Bev Hills Dentist. 1/2 of her cameras no longer work. Smart Technology is a "Take the money & run" Company! Avoid them like the plague & find a reputable company.

John was a great guy and helped out to fix our security systems..very patient tech guy I wouldn't use anyone else and dont.look further just give John a call and he's the man..I highly recommend him

They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Also which is really important to me they were very meticulous and considerate of everything around them. My project came out just beautiful. I've already rehired them to come back and install my Ring hard wired one.

We had a tricky situation where I wanted to install a tv inside my armoire and be able to pull it all the way out without destroying my cabinet and John came up with the perfect solution and was SO dedicated to making me happy & in taking care great of my furniture while also being very fair and reasonable. Awesome service! John and Huan were fantastic. I had a complicated Ring Doorbell install and they got it done. The install is clean (I am a stickler for elegant and neat installs) and they left my home exactly as it was before event with drilling multiple holes for installation. This is a company I would use again for future projects. Excellent professionals and a fantastic value for the work they did.

John was fantastic, he and his partner came out and mounted my new 85 inch TV and made it as clean as can be. They made sure everything was working before they left and even helped program my remote. They came out on short notice and arrived right on time even calling along the way.
