Smart View Concrete

I am so glad that I hired Anibal and Smart View Construction for our back yard project. The work was excellent, when I added the pergola after the concrete work was done, my buddy commented that the measurements we way more precise than what he is used to dealing with when it comes to concrete contractors. Through the process, Anibal was communicative and went above and beyond, even sticking to the original contract when unexpected costs and issues came up. Other companies have tried to renegotiate with me in the past, but Anibal took care of the extra costs himself and never complained. The result, as you can see from the pictures, is beautiful. I highly recommend Smart View Construction and will personally used them again in the future.

From quote to finish was less than 2 weeks. Anibal, the owner, was on the job for whole project. Even came on a Sunday to clean up. Highly recommended

We hired Anibels company Smart View for a large retaining wall project we have had planned for a long time. We got several bids. Smart View was not the cheapest or the most expensive bid we got. And out of all the companies who came out for the bid he was the one who was the most informative. He explained everything we could expect and gave us several suggestions we had not thought of. He told us when he could start and when he expected to finish. When the job came to a finish his projection was right on the dot, with u expected rain out days too. Each and every day they were done they always cleaned up the job site. Anibel kept us informed all along the way if anything was not expected, whether it was not being able to work because of the rain or delays because of materials. The one thing that stands out the most is Anibel was always on time, I mean always. Whether it was the first meeting or swinging by to do the final walk-through, he was always on time. I have recommended him already to several neighbors and we are rehiring his company to complete our backyard project.

He came quick and gave ma a very fair estimate for the doors and frames I needed replaced. Very professional, I would recommend.
