We contracted SmartHomes to repair parts of our house that had been damaged by a fallen tree. The work included repairing our carport, the soffit on the house, replace sections of our fence/gate, replace the entire roof on both, the house and the carport, and repaint the house. Franklin and his team are very professional, honest, and respectful; from the start, Franklin explained what work was going to be done, how long it would take, when it each phase would start and how much it cost. He even worked with our insurance company to get everything done as it needed to be. His team started each phase exactly when we were told they would, and completed their work exactly when they said they would. In addition, they made sure all debris was removed, including any nails that fell from the roof as they replaced the shingles. There are absolutely no complaints. We have contacted him again to remodel our bathroom. I highly recommend his work to anyone in need of his services.

Very dissatisfied with the work. I was robbed by his employee. Complained multiple times with no relief, their work is shabby I paid in full on time and now the job is not done right.

The work was over all good, the workers very respectful and when we have any question or concern they would make sure to notify their manager and they fixed the problem. We had to be on them a bit to make sure the job was completed because the weather didn't help or they were working on other house etc. But after all was finished it was all good.

They repaired roof damage caused by our latest storm and the bathroom ceiling that water had seeped into. They covered everything to keep my place clean. But what was really special was that the next day when we took our shower, the light there blew. We didn t know if they had forgotten to put back the glass protecting it or maybe it was just coincidental that it blew then. This company came back and repaired the light. No argument. Just did it with a smile. That s standing behind your product. I understand how important that is.

Frank came to my house twice before starting the job. Once for the estimate and 2nd time to answer all my questions and concerns. Frank was very nice and very helpful. Their crew did great job replacing my roof. The new roof looks amazing. Thank you for such a great roof and good clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

I hired Smarthomes to replace my asphalt shingle roof. I suppose time will tell how well the roof was installed, but from what I can see, they did a great job. Their service was excellent and they were very professional throughout, from initial visit to job completion. Good value for money also.
