I hired Angelo to repair my double hung windows. He came the first day and after 4 hours he said I needed new parts for the window. I said ok. Paid him for his time and the new parts. 2 weeks later the parts come in and he comes back to do the job and he is struggling, telling me he cannot take the top window out to put the new part in, I say I may have to get new windows to close everything up and I will see about getting new windows. I left and I came back and he had dropped my window and broken it. He cleaned it up but was going to install the broken window back and I said absolutely not. You cannot have a window with one side broken. He left to go see if he could buy just one part of a double hung window. He returned the special order parts and got a refund and I asked him to drop off the money and he said he could not Venmo it Because for whatever reason he could not find me. I requested payment through Venmo still nothing and now I have a window opening with no bottom window left in my room.
