    They replaced my old water heater during an extremely busy period over the Columbus Day holiday. When the old water heater went out, they were the first company to fit me into their schedule. The bid was reasonable, even better than other companies I contacted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

    Totally botched the repair to my jetted tub, but returned my money. Now I have to clean up the mess they left.

    This customer is correct. Our plumber should have never agreed to band aid the support underneath his poorly installed whirlpool tub. His recommendation should have been another way. The plumber has been reprimanded for his poor performance and we have apologized for his unprofessional performance. Had this homeowner reported this issue our employee would have been instructed to clean the mess up. But, because Mr. Homeowner cleaned up himself he was paid compensation for his time.
