I had two systems installed by Smileys about two years ago. So far everything was good. I had a maintenance contract for the past two years. Last year I got a call that my contract was expiring. This year Smileys apparently emailed me the notice that my contract was expiring. I never got the email and not I find out that my labor will not be covered because my contract was expired for more than 60 days. Smileys stopped calling or mailing notices and now I'm screwed. Mary the Maintenance manager is very unprofessional and talks to you in a very condescending way. I'm so sorry I used this company. If I knew I would of taken my 20K elsewhere.

I had a whole new A/C unit installed by Nick and Tyler. They were quick, thorough and clean. Nick and Tyler collaborate each other very well. Awesome job by both.

these are the greatest people to work with, they really care! what more can be said, dollar for dollar they are the best in the business. We have had other companies the top three in this area, they did not and do not come close !

They came out on time, gave us a good price for replacing an ac unit and a boiler (tankless no less!) worked with us on financing and have kept in touch with us throughout the entire setup process; without being pushy or condescending. We are looking forward to working with them in getting this job done!

Quality customer service and work. They worked with me to reduce the cost so I could afford the Packaged Trane Unit, that I could afford. Curtis Vosquez was incredibly nice, accomodating, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. However I am still waiting to find out about that rebate. Was I supposed to receive a form or certificate?

I called 4 other contractors in the area, and Smiley's was the most reasonable as far as price was concerned. They had the right unit I wanted, a quick scheduling of the installation. The yard was cleaner than when they arrived. The installers were professional, and very friendly. I didn't use their thermostat, opting to purchase my own. They even came back a different day and installed it at my convenience. They're a top notch company.

Had a problem with programmable thermostat. I called company Rep and left voice message. Rep returned call in less than 10 minutes. He walked me through problem over phone and cured problem immediately. Very professional and knowledgeable.

On-site install technicians were very professional during the install of replacement heat/ac system.

I had time to make up my mind before hiring them. I really appreciated the time given and all my questions answered before the job started. the gentlemen that did my furnace and heat pump replacement was on time and very professional. explained everything that they were doing and explained the system I had ordered. I was more than pleased with the service given to my family.

Bruce was thorough and communicative. On installation day he met the crew at the house to go over final details and ensure everyone was clear. Dayton H and Thomas did a great job. We are very satisfied.

Within a day I had a quote and all the required work easily explained. The install team was presented with a “rats nest” of old ductwork and two old systems to replace. Within three days I had the two new air handlers and two new heat pumps up and running, all the electrical and carpentry required to move one of the systems to a new location in my attic was done masterfully.

The technician Shawn was awesome and he did a great job. He walked me through every step of the task at hand in laymanâ s terms. I would highly recommend Smileyâ s for your HVAC issues.

They were very professional from the first visit until the final installation. We had a new A/C, furnace, new ducting,whole house air filter installed and throughout the entire process they communicated to me how long it would take, what they expected to get accomplished each day. They briefed me at the end of each day and once they were ready to do the initial light off James explained each test, what the new system functions were and what to expect when they come out for maintenance inspections. Excellent company, professional workers, competitive pricing and a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Nice job!!
