I heartily recommend Smith Builders and Nate Flewelling, project manager. Nate provided a reasonable and competitively priced quote showing everything that was needed to replace the 2 roofs on our property in Hancock, including pictures for each line item in the quote. Nate was able to work us earlier than our original date and the job was finished to our satisfaction without any issues.

Very impressed with this company I had a small, old soldered seam metal roof that was rusted a had a small penetration caused by falling chimney brick. I was expecting to need to replace it with a standing seam metal roof. This would have been an complex and expensive job due to the fact than the soldered seam roof transitioned into vertical flashing under the siding, and over and around the window sills. My Project Manager, Nate Flewelling, visited my site and agreed that this would need a creative solution the be feasible within my budget. He came back with solution that involved removing the rust and applying a rust preventative, taping and sealing all penetrations and holes, priming and applying two coats of a sealant. The work was completed when it was promised, all of the trash was remover and my wife is happy with the new appearance.
