Chris's work is sloppy. I now have to hire someone else to fix the mess he made of my deck rails. He came back once to solve a few problems, but the results still weren't great. He left nails all over my yard. I also found a blade to a saw on my grass. He used cheap quality material and didn't even use decking screws. He used nails which were the wrong type of nails anyway. The wood has already bowed and warped(job was done at the end of March of 2014). He doesn't know how to miter and most of the seams don't match up. The list goes on & on. Save yourself the headache and DON'T hire him!

Water Dock Repair
Chris responded quickly, quoted a fair price and installed my Jet Ski Dock in a timely manner and followed up for my approval. He did this without my having to be there and based on a verbal handshake. You need to trust your contractor, and I would trust Chris's word, work, and integrity any day! I would use Chris again and highly recommend him.

Smithco Construction LLC. did a fantastic job. The estimate was the middle price of the three we received. I was not present during construction but when I showed up to pay the final payment I was amazed. This is the second time we used him and will not be the last.
