The painter did not come prepared on the first day with all supplies and had to loan him drop cloths. He had not known about the job until that morning. The paint job was great/looked amazing when finished, however had to pick up cigarette butts he threw on the ground so my dogs would not eat them. They were supposed to put a business sign in the yard and that never happened. To date, I have been unable to get the drop cloth that he took with him when Ron completed the job. Had to email the owner about it and per him was supposed to be returned by end of the week and that did not happen. Emailed again today and no response yet. Also, never got a final paid statement for records. Good work, but sloppy details and should never keep customers' supplies (drop cloth).

Sorry, we could t make you happy! Remember that we came in and took over the paint job that was leftover from the last two bad contractors you had, and they left us a mess! and we did it for half the price Because you asked us if we can lower the price to your budget and we did because that is what we do, is help people! Overall I think we did a good job considering. We did return your tarp which was an accident obviously got mixed in with ours. We are only human and make mistakes and Do not take people's concerns or complaints for granted, for I use them as a positive to improve ourselves for future jobs. So we appreciate your business.

Richard was very professional the owner and he was hands on from start to finish of our deck project we were so happy that we had him paint the inside of our house I cannot say enough great things about Richard Smith

The owner is the one that came out to do our work and he was very professional and communicated when he was running a little behind. (Not even 30 minutes) Due to time constraints, he did not finish the job and called off the next couple of days due to illness, but we'd rather wait for him to come finish when the illness is over then us get sick. I expect the same quality service when he comes out to complete the job. I've already recommended him to a family member that needs some work done.
