Smith s construction and all their employees are true gems. They remodeled our basement immaculately and made it a place our family loves to be. It s so bright and inviting you can t tell whether you are upstairs or down! The service, communication, and understanding of vision are unsurpassed. Ralph was a true blessing from beginning to end! Can t go wrong with these guys!!

Ralph O Dell and his two workmen,Allen and Leo demonstrated a personal interest seeing that the job was done according to the contract plus some other requests. I hope I never have another job like this one, but if I did I would call Smith again

Contractor and foreman both estimated this job. When the job was about 80% completed the contractor said they forgot to estimate the cost of the stairways going to the deck from the yard. I allotted them the cost of materials for the stairs so they could complete the project. The estimated cost of the materials was $700. The contractor tried to collect an additional $3000 in his final bill. The craftsmanship was at best poor. I had to fasten many of the balusters that were nails poorly or not been nailed at all. The stairs that were at the heart of this problem were not installed as I had asked.

"Home owner was informed prior to the work being performed that Builders firs Source had left the Stairs off the estimate. The homeowner told us to do the work anyway, which we did. The homeowner refused to pay for this work. I would warn all Contractors to avoid this homeowner at all cost as they will probably not get paid. My company also has a 5 yr warranty on labor. If the home owner had any problem, we would have came back and repaired it. Home owner cannot be trusted."

Don fixed my front porch where a contractor from LOWES had damaged it earlier when they had installed a new roof after the hail storm.They did a great job and fixed it right, I would recommend comsecc to anyone that wants a job done right the first time without any worries later on.Thanks Don

Couters was scratched while being installed and he was paid to re attach the plumbing for the sink. He got the lines backward . so I have the hot and cold lines opposite of what they are suppose to be. Contractor has not even called me about this..Will have to have someone else to fix this ...
