Smith Construction

Not a good experience at all. The handyman was not experienced who worked with Smith Construction. He had a person help him who had more experience. I had plastering done to the ceiling where there was previous water damage and then the ceilings painted in bedroom, and bathroom areas. No problems with the plastering job although my furniture was never tarped and damage to the surfaces of the bedroom furniture. The painting was horrendous with paint swipes going in every direction possible and some areas not even covered. I called them about my complaints and they came again, at no charge, to redo the painting. The person doing the trim work left drippings of paint down the walls and never completed going around the wall in the bathroom. I finished this myself rather than call them again. They were very courteous and responded immediately to my complaints but overall it was a bad experience. No stars are merited except for the response to the complaints. The person responsible for the job is not qualified and needs an apprenticeship program before left on his own.

Would not recommend. Did not have proper tools, supplies or experience to do the job
