I highly recommend Smith Family Roofing, LLC. I received their number from Home Advisors a few years ago when I needed a small roof repair. I had called several Tulsa companies and made three appointments of which none of the Tulsa companies showed up because of the small scale repair job I needed, tree limb had damaged just a few shingles and I had leftover shingles to use in the repair. When I called Richard Smith of Smith Family Roofing I could tell he could feel my frustration, he came out the next day and half hour later repairs were done and he didn't gouge me on the cost. Few years later I'm in a different home in Tulsa that needed a new roof my first and only call was to Richard Smith of Smith Family Roofing. Richard is great to work with and his crew did professional quality work. I will be calling Smith Family Roofing, LLC out of Bartlesville for all my Tulsa roofing needs.

They have good customer relations. They do the work they tell you they are going to do. They cleaned up the work space real well.

Mr. Smith was very easy to work with. He responded to calls and message quickly. The did the work according to schedule and on time.

They were knowledgeable with the insurance process. They were patient with my slowness in my answering their questions.

It was getting close to winter. They brought extra people. The used great materials and explained the work and what they were doing.

Unfortunately we weren't able to use Smith Family Roofing due to unforeseen financial circumstances. However, we are saving up in order to contact them in the near future so we can get our roof fixed. :) He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and most of all professional. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a dependable roofer.

Richard knows customer service. He communicates, he's professional, he's thorough, and he explains the work, even taking pictures and videos along the way. I've seen him mentoring his roofers. He seems to be everything you want in a contractor. Thanks.

Actually not an install...rather gutter cleaning and roof inspection. Great job on the gutters, gave us a professional assessment of the roof and as mentioned by others already is honest to deal with. Strongly recommend Smith Family Roofing.

I believe Mr. Smith to be an honest man, who is trying very hard to deliver excellent workmanship at an affordable price. However he is lacking in consistant, reliable help and therefore is required to do a lot of the work himself. He may lack some of the knowledge and skills needed to do certain aspects of the work. He is very bright and will continue to learn more and more as time goes by. I believe that he will fully stand behind the work that he contracts to do. Our job was a repair and small compared to a full roof job, however I believe the finished work to be very good and do not expect to have any problems with it. If a problem were to pop up, I am sure Mr. Smith would come and rectify the problem as soon as possible. I can recommend Smith Family Roofing as a fairly priced, honest company that will stand behind their work.
