Bill gave me a reasonable quote and had an excellent attention to detail . My floors where original in 1963 and previous owners had covered these classic floors with carpet . There were some pet stains underneath (probably from the carpet) But I didn't want to give up the hardwoods . Bill's crew was able to sand and refinish with a jacobean stain and semi-gloss poly. Awesome results at a reasonable price . Very pleased

Mr, Smith started the job on April 8th and as of April 29th he has not finished the job properly. I realize there was a communication issue with what I thought he was going to do and the work performed. However, I had to repeatedly contact him about the top coat not being done in certain areas. He stated that I waited a week to a week and a half to contact him with issues. I have kept all our communications and that is not truthful. I should not have to keep calling him when he says the job is done but it is not. He has gone back out 4 or 5 times per my request to finish the job properly. He told me to never contact him again after this job. Obviously something negatively changed with Mr. Smiths demeanor and the work he performs or oversees based on the past reviews. I would not use his services again.
