Tommy returned phone calls, came when he said he would, and did the job in a timely fashion. The repair does not show from the street. His men were polite and worked hard even when he was not on the premises.

They did all the required leveling and more.

After discussing my concerns Allstate returns to take care of all issues. The crew was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company after they went the extra mile to please their client.

The workers were professional and the work done was excellent. Thye went above my expectation. The only complaint I had was with one worker walking around with his shirt off.

We had him work on our deck (3 decks) and they were ok. spilled and splashed deck stain on brick steps, vinly siding etc. Almost impossible to remove. On foundation and drainage away from home, his company is somewhat better, but we had to loan our wheelbarrow and tools to workers who forgot to bring them one workday. Tommy Long is reliable, but did overcharge us, which he is now paying back. Would recommend Tommy Long.........because he tries really hard.

Tommy Long gave me a well informed and knowledgable discussion/bid for the wet crawlspace . He amde me very comfortable throughout the 3 day job; his crews were top line worker, really doing an outstanding job , took extra time to take care of my yard and cleaned up everything.
