We initiated contact on Sunday, Fathers Day, and received a call back that evening. The job was started the next day, Monday, and completed Tuesday. Cleaned up very well. Very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Smith Insulation. The representative was very willing to discuss details of insulation types, various depths, and the cost of the different variations.

I was called the very next morning and an appointment was set up for the next day. Had some great suggestions for some of my unique challenges that none of his competitors came up with. The only real issue was being I would be called on a certain day and it might be 1 - 2 gays later, but once the job was schedule it went great and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insulation.

The owner call right away regarding my inquiry and came me a phone quote based on what we needed and what we had. We had a real problem with the weather and had to keep it on hold because it couldn't be done while it was so cold and raining. When the weather cleared up, he was right on the ball to get it done.
