Established as a family company in 1979, Smith Insulation has become extremely well known and respected in the twelve surrounding counties, including the Raleigh, Durham and Lake Gaston areas. Sales and installation capabilities have recently expanded into the Nash and Wilson counties, and additional warehouse/operational facilities have been established in Roanoke Rapids. Smith Insulation, delivers significant value to their clients by staying current with the ever-changing building codes, industry practices and all product installation and performance guidelines. They install all types of conventional insulation and both types of foam.

Ed thoroughly checked the areas where we needed insulation and made recommendations - the servicemen were very careful when blowing the insulation and insulating the garage as well - they were very efficient and they were immaculate-

The entire experience with Smith Insulation was excellent. From their first contact right through the work and the finish. We certainly plan to use them again. This was a small job many companies wouldn't want to do but Smith Insulation was very responsive quoted the job and completed the work in less than 7 days. It has made a tremendous difference raising the room temperature of the space an average of 8 degrees. They will have all my business in the future.

They went above and beyond even what I thought they would do. Extra insulation in the cracks, the put bats of fiberglass insulation around the drop stairs so that the blown in stuff wouldn't fall out. I think they even swept up after they were done. Great job!

Installed radiant barrier in attic and fiberglass bat insulation over the garage area. Worked under difficult conditions - extremely hot - and completed the tasks as scheduled. Owner of company, Timmy Smith, and the sales manager were both responsive and pleasant to work with. I would use them again. Pricing was also fair compared to the competition in this area.
