This is a great family owned company that has been in the business many years. Anthony and Lavonne Smith are professional, personable, and reassuring. I appreciated the constant updates that Anthony provided from beginning to end. We demolished a garage apartment at my Dad's and I appreciated their "above and beyond" knowledge and assistance. They are also very knowledgeable about City of Houston permitting and Department of Neighborhoods and they make efforts to sort the materials and take them to the appropriate sites for a greener environment. I couldn't be more pleased with the project, highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

I'm pretty picky and am very happy with the work they did demolishing my kitchen. They were fast but thorough and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. Excellent communication throughout the process.
