Out-of-State Moving Service
After booking our move across the country over a month in advance, Dennis required us to pay a $4,000 deposit to reserve the date, and he demanded that it be in cash or by check only. We paid it, and three days before our big move, he texted us that he was canceling the move because of a family emergency;. He did not even call us. He did not tell us how we would get our deposit back, so we called him back, but his phone went straight to voicemail. Now we have called him, texted him, emailed him, tried calling from different phones even, but we have not been able to even speak with him. He still has not tried to return our money. We are worried we will have to take him to court just to get back the money he stole from us. If this is homeadvisor idea of a screened and approved business, I will never use this site again.

met with Dennis Smith, for the first time today to discuss my upcoming move. Because of several pleasant phone calls, I had a good feeling about him, and I was looking forward to meeting with him. Talking with him turned out to be a pleasure. My instinct, as it turned out was spot on!! He was so nice and very helpful. I have hired several movers throughout the years, and Dennis, as it turned out is quite remarkable. Not only is he obviously strong, like movers tend to be, but he also has a great mind for business. That's unusual for a mover, and pretty impressive. He knows his stuff! I was very impressed and I knew almost immediately, that I found my mover, YAY!!. But then, it was time to talk money, and I was a little anxious, but oh my gosh I had no reason to be anxious, not even for a minute. His very reasonable price blew me way. So far I am very pleased. Sometime, hopefully towards the end of the month, I will write again to let everyone know how the move went. I have no doubt that I will be able to share, with anyone, who is interested, how it all turned out. I trust that it will be a successful move and I will look forward to sharing about a great experience.

Above and beyond regarding customer service, and they were even able to set me up with boxes the day of the move, they were also more than willing to comply with Covid guidelines. Great service!

They listened carefully to my needs and completed the job as requested. In my case, it involved first loading items going to a storage unit and then loading what was to be delivered to my new place. They were careful, efficient, and polite and on time. Very satisfied.

If you need a mover these are your guys! I have moved many, many times and above and beyond this was the best experience ever! Zero stress - this was an out of state move and couldn't have been easier! I highly recommend them! Dennis and his team are amazing. Also, you can trust these folks - which is huge when they have all of your worldly possessions in their care.
