The workers of Smith painting did a very good job, but the "supervisors" of the job were very "non-customer service friendly". No follow-up, very unrealiable as far as when they said they would be at the house (timeliness), when issues arose (which I know does happen), it was very hard to get them back to the house and even call me back (communication). It's a shame because the actual painters that painted did a really good job (I feel I paid a bit too much for what they did - Budget), so I don't think I would recommend them based on the ubove issues.
