We had a great experience working with Rex! He and his business partner were extremely reliable, responsive, and courteous throughout the entire process. We were really pleased with how they remodeled our front hall closet and installed a new washer/dryer - but most of all we appreciated his promptness and professionalism. "Judy, please get on the internet and type in ?cost to install shower diverter?. I replaced the shower diverter as well as re-piped the plumbing behind your shower. I also installed a higher end diverter/ shower head. Once again, you seemed very satisfied when I left there and even talked about you and your husbands personal life. You are apparently still upset and holding onto a grudge due to me not returning your phone call within 24 hours to adjust the temperature on the diverter. I have the emails to prove it. You apologized and I thought I was done dealing with this but apparently not. I am sorry that you are upset over that still."
