The office kept us informed concerning the necessary paperwork, permits, etc. On the day of installation the crew arrived on time and proceeded to install our generator without issues. Smith Power Group are the best. Generator was installed, large enough to power the entire house, and it switched over automatically in the event of a power failure. I was completely satisfied with their work.

Carlton Smith took the time to repair fixtures instead of the usual remove/replace that costs more money. He considered what could be done and chose the less costly option.
