Messaged them inquiring about lawn service for my home while away and they responded the next day. Very quick and friendly. Started in my yard the next day or two after that I believe! Sent pictures before and after and couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and work ethic!

Not sure their value. Two persons worked 1 1/2 hours for $250. Thatâ s about $83 an hour. Abit too much for yard work when National Minimum Wage is about 7.50 a hour and my house cleaner makes $35 an hour and I get my yard cut, edged and blowed for $25...see my point, but their work was good.

They do exactly what they said they would do. That means a lot to me.

I hired them to mow my lawn, and clean up my yard from the fall and spring. They did not pick up any leave or sticks and did not mow my whole yard, there are patches still. They charged $150.00 for that and I thought it was overpriced. While he was giving the bid I mentioned that I also needed a wheelchair ramp built and he said he could do that also. They tore my steps out without permission, I wanted them to build the ramp to it. They did not use concrete for the posts they put in the ground. They delivered it to my house but did not use it. The ramp was so flimsy I could make it flex with my cane, I had to ask them to reinforce it so it would support me in my electric wheelchair. They also did not put any handrails up. They owner had his son do the mowing and build of the ramp. It looks horrible like a child made it and they charged me $700.00 . His truck and trailer messed up my road after I specifically asked him to be careful and not mess up the road. I asked his wife for the receipts for the material costs of the ramp and she said she would send my text photos of the material costs and Paul texted me back that the material costs are none of my business. He said You wanted a ramp you got a ramp, the job is done. They still have not given me a receipt for the work and he had me make out the check to Paul Smith instead of Smith Services.

This was the best lawn care experience I have ever had. I have a pretty large yard full of stuff to mow around-they showed up on time and got straight to work, they spent extra time being sure every detail was handled. When they were done my yard looked the most crisp and clean it has ever looked. Not only did I make sure they would come back in a few weeks, I hired them to help at a later date with other projects around the house-this was a total score finding this company!!
