Terrible, I paid them and they did not do the work and then they left me hanging and I had to hire someone else it cost me so much money. Terrible customer service.

Seemed very nice and interested in project but then wouldn't return calls, or would reschedule but still not show up.

I was very disappointed. Nick checked my lawn out and we scheduled time for May18 to come and cut my grass and weed. I was not home when he came, showed up later then what we talked about. He cut my grass on Friday May 18th and left me a message that he could not weed because his trimmer crapped out on him. But he would be up on Saturday (May 19th). However, they were calling for rain all day which is what happened. I waited a week waiting for him to call back and reschedule. I figured he was behind with other customers due to all the rain. So I called Nick last week of May / first week of June to reschedule. Left him a message. Called a second time and got his Dad. He said he would relay the message to Nick. It is now June 25th and I still have not heard back form Nick and my grass is so overgrown I guess I need to look for someone else to cut my grass. Even if he is really behind in his other jobs, it is very unprofessional of him not to call me back to see if we can reschedule.
