Smith & Sons Quality Concrete, LLC.

We hired them to do concrete replacing some of our asphalt to better facilitate the movement of our product using forklifts. They were more than happy to bid low and promise that the work would be done two months later. That was in August, and now we are in late November and still the work that was supposed to be completed in October hasn't even started. Do not give this company your money as a deposit, they absolutely will not come out to start your project or even contact you back with any information. Every time we have asked for an update we have been ghosted and left without a response. If a Zero star was a valid response I would give it because, they took the money and still have not completed even an ounce of this project.

I opened up the project request on Angi. I got contacted by several vendors. Rob Smith from Smith & Sons Quality concrete was one of them. We scheduled a time for estimation. He came and provided the estimate. After some clarifications I finalized the deal with him and agreed to do the project. We then signed a contract and I paid 50% cost on 8/6/2025. He said the project will be done in next 4-5 weeks. Contractually it was supposed to be done by 9/15/2025. However I had to do several follow ups and he mentioned that he is getting delayed and will do the project in first or second week of October. I told him via email that it is significant delay from original commitment. Then I waited hoping he will do in the new time. But when I didn't get any call for scheduling, I tried reaching out to him via text, email and phone calls to get an update. I didn't hear back after trying for multiple days. Finally I sent an email asking to do it within October 15th or refund the deposit. I still didn't hear anything back. All my plans are impacted due to this significant delay and my cash deposit is stuck with him

Rob and his team did a fabulous job. We had the whole area around our pool and deck that needed to be redone. From the beginning Rob was very proactive in his communications on what he was going to do and the schedule. He and his team knocked out the project in about a week's time. Very professional, friendly, honest. Would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding workmanship. Workmanship was impeccable and their scheduling and cleanup were very professional. Nice family owned business and we already have neighbors wanting to have them do work. We had them expose the aggregate and seal and color it and they suggested a fire pit as part of the patio and we are so happy with it. After we met Rob and his wife we didnâ t even get a second bid. I am really confident the work was done so well it will stand up for many years to come. My wifeâ s father was a concrete contractor so we speak from experience.

Rob and his helper, Brandon, were first-rate professionals who did a first-rate job. They were honest, clear in what they were doing and how and professional in every respect. I would call on them again without hesitation.
