Smith did call and take the job however did not show up after reschedule 3 times and now will not refund the money we paid up front.

Came to the house and charged us a $60 Home Adviser fee. They gave us a quote for the job and wrote a contract but would not sign it just the company name. Would not do the job unless we paid them 50% or $200. We paid them (big mistake). They were scheduled to work the next Friday, Saturday, Sunday. NO SHOW Two numbers on their business card had a mailbox full, could not leave a message. Sent messages on cell phone no response. When I did contact them all the excuses we have heard before. BOTTOM LINE after rescheduling 3 times and no show plus the worst part not calling, text, or message. Never showed. Last I heard they were sending a refund? Concerning... since they failed to perform in accordance with HomeAdvisor rules, do I get the $60 back???? Home Advisor bent over backwards to right the wrong by the Smith family. Fired them and refunded the $267 that the Smiths screwed us out of. Thank you Home Advisor!

I was required partial payment and he did not follow through with the project.

I hired Paul to cut grass and cleanup up apiece of property I have in AR, I have a text estimate from Paul, I sent $400 money gram to Paul to get started he stated he would send photos of the work he did, that was on 7/26/20, that was the last time I heard from him, I have tried 3 times to contact Paul since and no response.

very patience with me getting to understand the matter of the big big tree,weight of limbs,angle of the falling iof the limbs,being so close to the house.

Paul Smith Tree Service was prompt calling me back after I went online for someone to help us out. in fact he was the ONLY one to call. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and not overly high on his prices. We really enjoyed meeting him & will be calling him again when we need someone to come to our rescue when with any tree problems.
