I contracted for an electrical panel upgrade, et al. in June. I still have 2 old fuse panels that have not been removed, a hole in the wall of apartment where Emmanuel, the son, started the dedicated circuit but has yet to complete, and tons of electric debris ; equipment in my basement that has yet to be cleaned up. Oh and no Con Edison inspection has been conducted. Emmanuel is charming but not highly efficient or organized. The father should be more involved.

EMANUEL did a great job installing my window coverings. He was efficient and did an excellent job. He was pleasant and Thought outside the box. I would definitely use his services again

Courteous, professional, puntual and knowledgeable. Answered my questions. Completed the job in a timely manner. I was happy with the final outcome.

I started my interior renovation on May 15 (which is still not completed) which included: interior painting, new windows, kitchen demo/rough-ins, 2 bathroom remodels, sand/stain/refinish hardwood floors, update of outlets and panel, new doors; a complete interior makeover. Challenges and headaches - unprofessional work, can not keep to a schedule, unable to deliver, does not oversee the project. Ultimately, you will end up pointing out things that could of been prevented, should of been done, etc., etc. What is worse is that Garry would say, of course! Making it seem like they were going to do it Truth is, out of sight out of mind. It would have been easier if you went to each trade directly, or pick up random laborers from Home Depot like Garry, with your oversight it would have been done properly and faster!

He does do good work, but unfortunately, he refused to give a receipt after asking over and over again and gives warranties by word of mouth. If you do business with him make sure you get a receipt while paying the person that is doing the work.

Artique Constructions did an amazing job with my bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Can not recommend enough for their quality of work and commitment to deliver to perfection. I chose very modern high end designs and their work was impeccable. I would have spent more than double if I had gone for anyone else. I got complete remodeling of kitchen(floor/cabinets/island/pantry/installation of all kitchen appliances/backsplash/open shelves/led ceiling lights) bathroom(bathtub/vanity/floor/bath tiles/built-in shelves/toilet), changed all switches and electric boxes, trims throughout the house, paint, door knobs, hinges, custom wall paneling. Garry made the house look like a million bucks houses featured in magazine. He is very trustworthy and patient. His attention to detail is amazing. Would suggest anyone who wants to get their house in amazing shape with no hidden costs Garry is the person to go to.

I had several fixtures (two chandeliers, two sconces) and a bunch of outlets to change and a Ring doorbell to install. They were kind, informative and did a fantastic job. I'll certainly use them again in the future.
