Smith's handyman and remodeling

We have used Ryan Smith a few times for some work in our yard and have been extremely happy with his work and communication with us. Not to mention his prices are fair and for the current market. He does what he says and that is rare. We will continue our business relationship with him and hire him do other tasks around the house that we are not able to get to. We are very pleased with his quality and overall demeanor.

I hired Ryan Smith to build me an 8ft x 31ft screenroom as well as put a cover over my ADA ramp. He guaranteed me it would be done before October 18th when my son and daughter-in-law were coming from Florida to visit for a week.. I met him at Home Depot on September 28th to pay for the materials he was going to need. Then we gave him a check minus the cost of material to equal half of the cost of what he quoted the whole job would cost. He said that is what he needed to do the job and the balance to be paid when the job was completed. He kept missing day after day. He did not complete the as he promised. Even after the week my son was here he still had not come out to do anything so I finally fired him and hired a true LICENSED CONTRACTOR. Come to find out that the center of the decking Ryan did build MAJORLY SAGGED in the center, was not securely put in the ground(only 2 posts were concreted in the ground), he had torn my ADA ramp up to where it could not be reused, tore up my original 4ft x 4ft deck out in front of my front door, and now has come and STOLE MY WOOD I PURCHASED on my Home Depot card. DONT EVER HIRE THIS THIEF!!! HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY BUILD ANYTHING!!!! TODAYS DATE IS NOVEMBER 8th, 2021.

William did a very good job. Very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. I am satisfied ð
