Although I might recommend Smith's Home Remodeling, it would be on a conditional basis at this time. Although Jim Smith stood behind the work of his crew, he spent several days redoing the finishing dry wall work. The original work was not satisfactory, and my supervision during the project, and contact with Jim was necessary to maintain the quality of the project. I had to do several small areas afterwards, and poor construction of the door header caused me problems with my door installation. Jim's business was new when he signed our agreement. The distance from Cullman to Pell City also created some minor issues.

I was very pleased with the quick turn around and professional job Jim Smith and his team provided. They did more than just install a fence for me and I would hire work done from this small business again as our needs arrise. Jim Smith was honest and up front with all costs and issues and I really appreciated that extra special service. Even though they are out of Cullman that didn't seem to be a problem from them coming to Madison. I think you will be happy with their work.
