This was my first time using Home Advisor and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleased with the results. I hired Jimmy to do yard clean up at two homes in Madison. I had to give him directions over the phone because I am no longer local to the area. Jimmy kept excellent contact with me, called if he had questions as the projects progressed, and sent a number of pictures as well, so that he could make sure I was getting exactly what I expected. Jimmy was excellent to work with and I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Smith was very nice and his main objective was to make me happy with his service. He literally said “I’m not leaving here until you’re pleased with my work.” And we were! We didn’t have to keep pointing stuff out or having him redo something, he was on top of the yard and did it the right way...even went above and beyond. Very pleased!
