Please provide me with payment instructions so I may close out this work order. I am not satisfied with the performed work. Much more trimming is needed on both oak trees. I will need to hire a different company to finish the job. The maple tree is something I can handle with a pole pruner since the larger limbs have been removed. I will never hire your company again.

Very impressed with this company. From the estimation process to removing the trees, this job was seamless. The entire team was professional and efficient. Lastly, the cost was reasonable and an added benefit. I have and will recommend to my friends and family.

We had three trees removed. The trees were 50 plus years old and HUGE!! They were over the house as well. They did an excellent job. They are very knowledgeable and we will use them again

Estimate was reasonable, arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up, crew was professional and personable. I'll use them again when required.

Smith's Tree Care they were very professional and they were good they clean up all the tree branches in the yard.

They entered onto our property without any warning. It took them half a day to realize that they were using the wrong vehicle to remove our tree. When they finally got the right vehicle they parked on our lawn and left for the day, without notice. My husband had to call to see what happened and the lady at the front desk told him that it was quitting time at 430. They showed up the next morning and chopped our tree down. They literally chopped it and it made big dent into our yard and they showed up and left without notice again. Then they left a big portion of our chopped tree on our street and in our yard to where it was hanging out and they just left an orange cone and left. I had to call the following morning to see when they were coming to clean the rest of the trunk up because they left without notice again. It s a shame because my parents recommended this company because they apparently had a way different experience. We have two more trees to get cut down but we won t be using this company.

After completing the job everything was cleaned. They did a fantastic job.

This is the second time Smith's has done work for us. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The workers were polite and there was no sight of the tree after the job was finished except for a few roots.

When I met Mr. Smith, he arrived on schedule and answered all of my questions quite effortlessly. The job consisted with removing a large tree with huge roots wrapping around the corner of the garage and with limbs overhanging the solar panels on the roof. The tree had grown inches away from electrical wiring and the HVAC system. Michael and his team were amazingly efficient, professional and friendly. Next, Curtis and Chris (also very friendly and professional) finished with stump-grinding, also with excellence. The price was very reasonable and fair. Smith's office staff was friendly and polite. Overall, Smith Tree Care exceeded my expectations.

This company was sent from up above. I have not felt the way I did in over twenty years. You talk about respect and professionalism. Wow I was out of my mind. From the first phone call to the last tree branch being picked up from my yard and to shaking my hands saying thank you. I replied no thank you and your crew. I then told them how excellent of a job they have done. I was so happy I stood in my yard and watch those big trucks drove away. And today me and my family can see through the windows. I watched them take down some pretty big trees and that crain operator was one of the best I've ever seen. They beat every price quote I received. The guys cutting are some bad men. I still recommend them to anybody that needs tree removal service.

We hired Smith's Tree Care to take down 6 very large trees in our yard. They did an awesome job! Their attention to safety protocol was unmatched. They searched every tree for wildlife and even relocated a baby squirrel twice. We had an excellent experience from the time we called the office to schedule a quote (which was very reasonable), until the last stump was ground down. Highly recommended!!
