Smittys did a great job providing a free quote and explained all the details involved with my garage door replacement. Smittys did a great job with communication and providing updates on the garage door order. Smittys allowed me to purchase my own opener, but explained he could not certify or give a warranty for the opener because it was one he did not use. My opener ended up being defective and I needed to return it for a replacement. Smittys came out right away to remove the defective opener and install the replacement. Smitty's communicated to let me know that they were finishing a job and would be at my house soon. Then they called when they were about 20 minutes out. Once they got here, they inspected the problem area, reviewed the door. Not only did they fix the door, but they walked through each step and explained what they were doing and why. He replaced my (2) 23-year-old garage door openers with 2 new Lift Master ones. He did an excellent work of installing the new openers, removing the thrash, and explaining the functionality of the new garage door openers and their wireless operation.
