Smitty's SoLow Garage Door Service

Smittys did a great job providing a free quote and explained all the details involved with my garage door replacement. Smittys did a great job with communication and providing updates on the garage door order. Smittys allowed me to purchase my own opener, but explained he could not certify or give a warranty for the opener because it was one he did not use. My opener ended up being defective and I needed to return it for a replacement. Smittys came out right away to remove the defective opener and install the replacement. He was very supportive even though he explained in the beginning that this could happen. I would highly recommend Smittys Solow Garage Door Service for your service needs.

Smitty's SoLow Garage Door Service is a fantastic company! I have a very important rule when working with companies that work on my house and that is communication. Smitty's communicated to let me know that they were finishing a job and would be at my house soon. Then they called when they were about 20 minutes out. Once they got here, they inspected the problem area, reviewed the door. Not only did they fix the door, but they walked through each step and explained what they were doing and why. This shows true knowledge of the industry. Professional. Courteous! Polite and fun to chat with! Thank you Smitty for taking awesome care of my garage door!

Amazing service! I spoke with Smitty early that morning and he came out a few hours later. When he arrived, I felt very comfortable speaking with him as we discussed what needed to be done. Smitty came punctually the day we called, and fixed the garage door to my satisfaction

When you look up "customer service" in the dictionary, you will find Smitty's SoLow! True story: 3 minutes after posting a request for a new garage installation, Smitty himself (yes, from his personal phone number) called me, introduced himself and his company, and scheduled to come to my home the very next day. From then on, Smitty and his team (hats off to you too, Jerry!) were punctual, communicative, beyond friendly, and completed top notch work with a sense of care and passion that only true craftsmen have. They offered realistic solutions to unforeseen problems and involved me every step of the way without ever making me feel rushed, pressured, or out of the loop. I cannot recommend them more!

Great service.

Good communication, on time, quality work, fair pricing. What more could you ask for?

Good service and understand

He called me within 30 seconds of putting in the bid offer and was at my house the same day and got everything taken care of. Fast and reliable he is and reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend him.

Very good salesman, he and his workers had outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable and very good at their job. I was very pleased with the work. Love it! He replaced my (2) 23-year-old garage door openers with 2 new Lift Master ones. He did an excellent work of installing the new openers, removing the thrash, and explaining the functionality of the new garage door openers and their wireless operation. I would recommend others and use him again.

Fast. Kept in touch during entire job.

Explained what was needed. Did the work in a couple of hours.

Smitty responded same day on a weekend. He and his team member replaced two broken springs and worn out rollers promptly and gave a thorough explanation of the repairs and provided other related door maintenance tips. I would recommend them for not only repairs but a wellness check on your door as a preventative measure if youâ ve ignored your door or itâ s just aging.

Quick response, great explanation of the issues and necessary repairs, very polite, worked with my budget, excellent follow up, and very fast results.

Smitty came on time as promised, and communicated excellently about what he will be doing to replace my old garage door opener with the new one. His pricing was fair and did an excellent work of installing the new opener, removal of thrash, and explaining the functionality of the new garage door opener. I will recommend others to check with him when they are looking for their next project.
