Great service, very honest and professional. Ryan the owner reports on time explains the entire process to you so your have a clear understanding on the job that's needs to be done. Jobs is then completed with no mess left behind, like he was never their. I will personally recommend him to anyone whom need a chimney service, you will be very happy with the job as well as the cost, fair price.

When I first called Home Advisor, Ryan, at Smoked Out Chimney was the first one to call me. Probably, within 10 minutes. He was a nice guy. He cleaned my chimney, did not make a mess at all. He had his vacuum running at all times in the fireplace, so all debris was captured by the vacuum cleaner. His rates were reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone who has similar needs as my own.

Very happy with the services provided by Smoked Out. Very communicative, always kept me updated, gave input and recommendations on things missed by our home inspector. Can’t recommend them enough!

Ryan and his employee showed up on time on a Sunday very convenient for me and on short notice and they cleaned and waterproofed my chimney did a great job and were polite and profesional and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was fair specially considering the short notice and scheduling for my convenience. Over all 5 star experience and highly recommended!!

Very friendly guys, knew how to do the job. They had to repair a large crack in my garage floor. Step one is done...they will return to finish it off.

I had a leak in the chimney. They indicated it was the flashing. They replaced the flashing and the leak is still there.

They were on time and very thorough in their work. Very friendly and explained everything from start to finish. Ryan explained that our liner will need to be replaced soon, but wasn’t pushy at all to have it done right away. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Ryan was great. First off he came out on a Sunday to quote my job, this is a huge plus for me. His price was great and he really listened to my concerns and made sure i would be happy with the job. He also understood that what I was having him do was something that I did not have any clue on. So he explained everything in a way I would understand. He showed up when he said he would and finished the job quickly and it looked great. However things happened and something was damaged on my house. I spoke to Ryan about it and was just waiting for the normal it was not me. But Ryan took full responsibility for it he said he was sorry then asked for the color. He then came back and fixed it. To some this may seem like, oh he screwed something up, but for someone to take ownership of a mistake and to come out and fix it is a huge deal in this day. I would highly recommend Ryan and just can't say enough about him.
