They were paid for their service, we only received a callback when rude messages were left. Five weeks after we paid them we asked for a refund. It took them about another month of rude messages to get them to refund our money.

It was great working with Smoky Hill Glass. I got a call right away and made an appt. Aaron came over and gave me an estimate and ordered parts. Came again 2 days later and installed the parts in about a half hr. Made me a screen for my other window and he was easy to work with. Always prompt and I'm definitely going to keep the number for futre work and refer a friend. Thanks!!

did a wonderful job, but the price they quoted me and the price that they asked for after the job was done was totally different. they said that the person that gave me the quote was new, but the invoice had been done for the original amount. not real sure what was going on but aside from that they did a good job. i would say lack of communication on their part.
