Had concrete apron poured for my new garage. Concrete splattered on my new garage door and newly painted siding and trim. Paid Mr.Frady before all of the damage was known. Chased him down for 2 years with broken promises to repair?ultimately ?ghosting? phone calls and texts. After 2 years// hired an attorney and still chasing this company to make good. This company does not stand behind their workmanship or contract. Look elsewhere.

They did a great job. Fast and efficient. Listen and ask questions always do a outstanding job for us have used them before never fail to please us . Will use them again our road was washed away with deep routes in it . Ken Martin

Hired to install a river rock driveway which included a cement apron at entry of garage. Cement splattered on new garage door; trim work surrounding garage and on the siding of the garage. Multiple attempts made to have this fixed. Many promises it would be done but after 17 months, we are still waiting. Calls were not returned; promised return to repair and then ? no showed?. Multiple excuses from getting new phone to ?forgot?.

We are so pleased with the work that was done. We had a failing, ill-constructed concrete retaining wall. They removed it, cleaned up the debris and seeded/covered the area. When we asked to them to create a wooden guard rail, they were very accommodating. We plan on having the help us with future projects.

Excellent communication and customer service, even got the quote to us quickly. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Many contractors come for a consultation and never call back or accept the job and don't show up because we've had smaller jobs. This was a larger job, but still small compared to some, but we were treated fairly and with respect. He extended a driveway, graded for water issues in several places around the house, including digging a ditch for the driveway, installing two underground drain pipes, and one box drain. The result is that our house is vastly improved and dry. Thank you!

Professional. Very nice job done. Wanted to fix our Road right. Concerned about getting it done the correct way because winter and spring rains wash it away. Would use them again. Thank You for Job well done.

We were happy with his work up until his last job with us. We made the mistake of paying him in full & he did not return to fix the problems that we have. Now we have to hire ANOTHER contractor to finish & clean up his work. Very disappointed.

This is the worst job I have ever had to deal with. The retaining wall was installed completely improperly. I hired them to build a retaining wall as well as install proper drainage. All of this together should have prevented any further drainage issues. We had a huge rainstorm right after this was installed. The wall came crumbling down and did major damage. We thought that there was drainage installed but after inspecting I see no evidence of drainage. There was no foundation laid for that wall. The gravel should have been back filled to keep the wall stable, it was not. Major ruts in backyard and gravel drive. I paid them 14,500 dollars for everything to find out nothing was correct or even up to code. I thought he pulled a permit as I assumed he would as my contractor and I dont think he did. He is not properly licensed for the size of the job that was done. He has none of the proper insurance to cover the 14,000+ damage that was done. I also gave them at least 10 feet of landscape fabric that was intended to be used for this and that has been all used. I only found a very small amount while inspecting the fall out of the wall so I do not know what they did with the rest of it. I subcontract as a living and I am appalled. Do not ever hire this company, EVER.

Very good dirt work, excavator work and knows how to stack stones for retaining wall.
