Kept appointments as scheduled. Provided great service and an honest, direct quote. Representative was easy to work with, answered questions politely and was not bothered by our request to re-address concerns. We selected our install dates and they provided a professional install in reasonable timeframe. Would recommend and hire again. Smooth Floor was not pushy nor intimidating as we experienced with Luna.

They are well mannered, it has all been timely. They do extras, will put up a picture for me, just small things. It is polite, very nice work. They are very honest, you make your deal, they do the work. When I picked out the carpet, he would say that it was good, but will not be stand up over time.. I will not use anyone else. You know what you are getting, great price, not cheap. Honest good job for the money. I have used them since 2003. I have recommended them to others.

Courteous and professional service at a reasonable price. This was a small job and most companies don't want to deal with them. I was very pleased with the results of this repair. Highly recommended.
