The bathroom remodel Smoot�s did for us exceeded our expectations. We have done two other remodels and have had experience with some of the pitfalls they entail. Our remodel with Smoot�s was done in a timely fashion with the utmost professionalism. We did not choose the lowest estimate for our remodel this time and we are glad we didn't. You get what you pay for and Smoot�s was worth every penny. We give Smoot�s two thumbs up!�

Our project was a major remodeling job. Aaron was the project manager, and Joe was the main onsite professional. During the work he was very efficient, curteos, clean, detail oriented and prompt pointing out possible issues with the project. All of them were promtly resolved to our satisfaction. Aaron did a good job organizing the additional subcontractors needed, so the work progressed accordingly to the plan. The project came out great, to our satisfaction and the cost was kept to the agreed amount in the contract. I would use them again, also recommend them for other.

Aaron called right away and came out to give an estimate the same day. Bid was submitted and accepted and installation was completed Monday. Great service and customer service.

Aaron Croom provided excellent customer service setting up and confirming the appointment for the services I needed. The guys that did the work did a great job considering they had to work from the tops of tall ladders in the cold pouring down rain. I'd use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Aaron was responsive from the beginning we started talking. He was knowledgable, professional, convincing and smart. He anticipated problems before they happened. He inspected thier work and called me to talk about defects, before I called him. I highly recommend Smoots and I'd be happy to be an active reference.
