We were having problems with air in are water lines. I called Smyrna well service, Wes came to the house on a Sunday and explained the different possible problems. He was very knowledgeable, keeping every explanation in layman's terms. Got the system back up Sunday and will call when needed in the future. Highly recommended!

Had my old well slowly die. It was 50 year old and no longer had decent pressured and water was smelly and rusty. Wes came around and recommended a new well and gave a decent price for a new deep well. He came in to do the job after getting the necessary permit. End result is a 275 feet well and beautiful water. It is now been months and all is good. Job included all new pump, Tank, necessary connection to my existing water softener and also raw water outlet outside for watering outside. Kudos to the Job well done. Highly recommended.

I called "Smyrna Well Service" when we were out of water in Wilmington, DE. They helped me over the phone and I was able to trouble shoot and get the problem resolved. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly place to work with. I highly recommend them.

Jim claimed to be an experienced water treatment installer. All that had to be done was to install a water softener and RO system in an unfinished, dry, full basement, with complete access to water lines and waste lines. It was painful!!!!! It took more than 13 hours for Jim and a helper to complete the project and it is still not complete, as the wrong faucet was installed and we have to wait for the correct one to arrive. These two men had to make numerous trips to the hardware/plumbing supply store for parts and ran out of power in the cordless drill because they had forgotten to have an auxiliary charger ready for the job. I held back money until the job is complete and when it is done, I will never want to see these two again! I bought price and I was WRONG!!!!! Please learn from my mistake. Rochelle

Was honest and friendly. Gave me options as to how to handle my problem. Didn't try and force anything on us. Knowledgeable and professional. Got us out of a holiday nightmare with quick service. Will use their service when we fix the well permanently. Highly recommend.

I had no water on a Saturday night and called Smyrna Well Pump. They were here Sunday am, and got my water working enough till they were able to replace my well pump the very next day. Wes was very knowledgeable and fair.

The company was knowledgeable and fee was good. Men knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the work they did.

Less than a minute after completing the request on homeadvisor I was contacted. My well pump would not stop running and was flooding my neighbors yard. 30 minutes after contacting me they were at my home. We scheduled the work to be done to repair my well. The workers arrived, delt with my annoying home warranty company over the phone, and got right to work. Found the issue and repaired in no time at all. The two workers were unable to take credit card and had to write down a little more info then I like to give. Other than that it was great.

Fantastic! I settled on a old house and was unable to get the well working. Placed a call to Smyrna Well Service and quickly received a call from Wes. During his extremely busy schedule he reviewed pictures of my setup and had me prep the area so it could be worked on. Luckily, between jobs he was traveling through my area and stopped in to look things over. In a minimal amount of time he diagnosed the problem and had the pump pushing water tests out in the yard. Shortly after the main was opened for the house, success. Wes also scheduled a technician for the next day to replace the lazy pressure switch and gauge. Great service from all around super guy.
