They were fast and efficient. Took care of all my issues same day.

They came late. When a person showed up, he showed me the problems and explained to me what was necessary. He answered all my questions clearly. His work was efficient. He finished two tasks in 30 minutes. Only disappointment was that it costed me more than I expected.

Did the job well but really overpaid. It cost $700 for them just to show up, dig down to a septic tank and open the lid. Request detailed quote ahead of the job because you may be surprised with the final bill. Beware!

Alexander, the supervisor who helped us with the problem did a great job, looked at every small detail of what he found and left only after he was totally sure that the problem was properly managed and controlled. No doubts we will call the company should we need their expertize again.

Luis showed up ahead of schedule. He was friendly and professional, explained the scope of the work, and solved my drain issues.

I hired them to unclog my bathroom sink. They said it would cost $195 to come. Pricey, in my opinion, but I wanted to get the sink unclogged and they had good reviews on HomeAdvisor. Two men came, Alex and Luis, but I mainly dealt with Alex because Luis didn't speak a word of English. It took them about two minutes to snake the sink. I asked if they could do the bathtub in the same bathroom while they were there, and they said no problem at all. It took them another minute or two to snake the bathtub. When they were finished, Alex said it would cost $195 for the sink and another $195 for the bathtub!!! I couldn't believe my ears. This was never discussed. I said no way, and he said that is the company policy. I said he should have told me beforehand. Then, he said I could write a check for $195 for the company and then give him $100 cash under the table and he wouldn't tell his company he snaked the tub. I felt he was a complete con artist. I ended up giving him a check for $250 just to leave my house at that point and stop harassing me for money. I would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
