Keith Sneed worked very fast and kept me informed of everything he was going and what he had done. He was very nice and easy to talk to about the job that needed to be done. Overall outstanding job! He completed the job that another company didn't do and was reasonably priced.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Cleaned area up on completion of job. Very pleasant personality. Hard worker and professional job.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very friendly and personable. Did a great job with our wall repair. Offered an honest opinion about some insulation concerns we had in another part of the house and, rather than sell us repairs we did not need, gave us ideas about ways to better utilize the systems already in place. We would definitely recommend.

Mr. Sneed gave us an appointment quickly and was right on time. He not only took care of the lock problem but fixed a loose door, all without further cost. I would recommend him also because his fee was quite reasonable.
