They replace damaged gutters on one side of our home. They kept to their schedule, were great at communicating what needed to be done, and outlined in their quote what the cost of materials and labor would be. Even though they did bit more work than they thought they would need to they charged us what the original quote was which was very reasonable. We would hire them again.

The work seems to have been done very well. It just seemed expensive compared to average costs I saw online, however, my work also included repairs so I assumed that would explain the variance. Still it was quite a bit more than I was expecting. But I went with them anyway since none of the other contractors I'd contacted got back to me and I was eager to get the work done. Sno-King was able to do the work in the same week they came for the estimate, which was great. Yuri and team were right on time for the estimate appointment and on the day the work was done. They were very professional and careful around my flower beds, etc. They cleaned up everything well after the work was completed. My only challenge was around communications. I had to call them to confirm the appointment for the work. They were not able to calculate sales tax at the end of the job, so I did that online and just printed it out to give to them with the check at the end of the job so we were all agreed on the total because they were not able to give me an invoice either. Now, nearly a week later, I have still not received the invoice that they said they would email to me. Not a big thing...but enough to rate 4.5 and not 5 stars. I'm not unhappy with the work at all but think communications and 'process' could be improved. Happy to have all the gutters cleaned, repaired and in working order again!

The only reason I rated customer service with a 4.5 was because of language barrier. It was very difficult to understand the worker but he was great and did a fantastic job. He was quick and cleaned up after. I put this out to bid to three companies, 1 did not respond, 1 bid came without looking at the project and Sno-King did everything right. Exceptional. I would hire again.

A falling fir tree limb had remove a portion of our gutter system. They quickly determined what it would take to replace it, took measurements, got the part, installed it. All done very quickly! As that was being done they used a power blower to clean our roof and gutters. Very friendly. Efficient. and Reasonably priced.

Since repair was not practical due to severe deterioration of the old gutters, they replaced the gutters at a reasonable price. They did excellent work with high quality materials and flexible scheduling.
