Over 300k addition/remodel. Ken and crew were easy to work with finished on time without going over financially. all codes were met and in my opinion exceeded as he also upgraded the whole house both electric and fire without coming for more money, ( i am sure a house built in 1946 would have had some surprises). Throughout the build he dealt with my bank anal requirements but kept going. I would highly recommend.

Ken Snow has a partnership with Monte Adams. Monte did the bid but Ken did the work. There wasn't a lot of communication between the two. The bid was very competitive and so we went with them. Ken was good to work with and always returned calls. A big plus....the floor tile work, dry wall work, ceiling texturing, and electrical work were all satisfactory. The backsplash tile and door trims were not quite up to par. Overall, I think it was an average job.
