Dale from Epic Home Improvement started out really attentive and was receptive to what I was looking for in order to repaint my kitchen cabinets. It took a while for us to get started, as both he and I had a few scheduling conflicts arise, however, once work commenced on my cabinets, I became less than impressed. Dale said the job would take **two full days and a partial day** to complete. That turned into two full weeks. When he arrived with my cabinet doors, they were dinged and paint had already begun shipping before installation even began. The paint he used was similar to a matte finish that you would find on walls - not sustainable for a kitchen. I initially asked for a matte but changed my mind to satin prior to him starting the project. I guess he forgot. While working in the kitchen, he brought his wife/business partner to assist. I could hear them fighting from upstairs which was incredibly uncomfortable. I mentioned to him some of the issues that I noticed with the cabinets and he said any stains would wipe off. That turned out to be untrue. He installed cabinet hardware which is crooked as well. And finally, I gave him the quarter rounds for my cabinets in order for him to take home, paint, bring back, and install. That was the end of December and I have yet to hear from him regardless of my continued attempts to reach out. Overall, my experience was lackluster. I paid $925 and wish I would have just paid more so it could have been done right the first time.

Dale thoroughly explained how he was going to complete the job. He kept me up-to-date on his progress throughout the job. He was on-time when he said he would be there. The finished project looks great.

Very friendly tech came out. We had him hang out Halloween lights. The first type of clips used didn’t hold up so he came back out and replaced everything promptly! Great customer service will be hiring again.

We were very pleased with all of the work done. The attention to detail including clean up was great. The communication was very good; the job was not rushed. I recommended highly and will use Epic in the future.
